Photo Gallery
As examples of our work, here are some photos taken during some recent projects.
- 13′ 6″ Glued plywood clinker centre board dinghy “Tammie Norrie” with traditional lug rig.
- Designed by Ian Oughtred.
- Built by John Harris in 2008 at the Boat Building Academy, Lyme Regis.
- The design is based on a 19th century ship’s boat, with traditional lines.
- The boat sails well, rows well and can take a small outboard. It comfortably carries two or three and is stable and safe, with built in buoyancy – ideal for trailer sailing and exploring estuaries, creeks and inland waters.
- 12′ Strip planked canoe based on U.S. design by N.Schade currently in build.
- Capable of carrying up to 185 lbs. Low maintenance hull, easily stored and transported and suitable for sheltered waters.
- Repair of International 12 class racing dinghy
- Beautiful hand-crafted oars and spars of sitka spruce or douglas fir
